Southeastern New England Marine Educators (SENEME) is a professional association focusing on marine education in Connecticut and Rhode Island. SENEME is a regional chapter of the National Marine Educators Association (NMEA), an organization of those interested in the study and enjoyment of fresh and salt water.

We are very proud to announce that our own Amy Ferland is the new President-Elect of SENEME. In October of 2012 she will become the President of the association. As President-Elect, Amy will work cooperatively with the President in administering the affairs of the Association.
